High school seniors who currently attend Big Shoulders Fund-supported schools (and St. Francis de Sales is a Big Shoulders Fund School) and are planning to enroll at one of the City Colleges of Chicago next year may be eligible to apply for the Star Scholarship, which covers all tuition and books not covered by financial aid.
